Where We Boat

We base out of the Fond du Lac Yacht Club in the harbor at the bottom of Lake Winnebago. It takes about 2 hours to go from the south end of Lake Winnebago (Fond du Lac) through Oshkosh, up the Fox River, through Lake Butte des Morts, through Winneconnie, through Lake Winneconnie and then into Lake Poygan (the left half of the lake), then up the Wolf River to Freemont (the lake at the top of the photo - upper left).  When staying on Lake Winnebago, day and overnight trips range as far as the  Menasha Marina, Stockbridge and Columbia Park Harbors, and various dinner clubs encircling the lake.
